Welcome to the Stair Challenge!

We're glad you've decided to join with a Strong team to climb to health and fitness! Remind your team that using your legs for transportation not only cuts out the waiting time at the elevator, but boosts your metabolism and helps maintain and lose weight. We will be sending weekly reminders to enter the number of floors your team has completed during the week. By the second week we'll be able to report the most improved teams.   1. Quick question: Are we to report the flights taken each day, an average over the course of the week, or a cumulative sum of the week? Thanks.
