Pedometer distribution

If you were unable to pick-up a pedometer today, please stop by our table in the cafeteria Tuesday March 2nd between 12-1 pm or Wednesday March 3 between 11am-12pm. The table will be located past the cash registers and will have a maroon tablecloth, and a stair challenge table tent on top. Please send an email to urmcstairchallenge@gmail.com if you would prefer a delivery of the pedometers through interoffice mail. We will need your name and mail box number.

Pedometer tidbit

Pedometers are a fun way to see how many steps you are taking throughout your day. In Japan, many people wear pedometers on a daily basis and strive to take at least 10,000 steps every day. Check out http://walking.about.com/cs/measure/a/locke122004.htm if you are curious about the pedometer trend.
